Refund Policy
Effective Date: March 23, 2026
This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations and subscription management work for Tola AI, a mobile application developed and operated by TopView PTE. LTD. All payments for Tola AI Paid Premium Services are collected and managed by Third-Party Platforms (Apple App Store and Google Play). We do not hold user payment funds and have no direct right to process refund applications. This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Platform Responsibility
All in-app purchase refunds for Tola AI shall be subject to the official refund policies and processes of the Apple App Store and Google Play.
You may submit refund applications through the official refund links of the corresponding platforms: Apple App Store refund link (https://reportaproblem.apple.com/), Google Play refund link (https://play.google.com/store/account/orders).
We will cooperate with the Third-Party Platform to provide necessary usage data for refund review upon request, but we are not responsible for the Platform's final refund decision.
2. Eligibility
Refund applications will only be accepted by the Third-Party Platform if they meet the following conditions: the subscription is completed within 24 hours, and no AI video generation or export operations have been performed using the Paid Premium Services.
Any refund application that does not meet the above conditions may be rejected in accordance with platform rules, and we are not responsible for the review result of the Third-Party Platform.
We reserve the right to deny refund support in cases of abuse, including repeated subscribe-and-refund cycles, multiple-account exploitation, or other attempts to obtain premium services without payment.
3. AI Specific Terms
Due to the technical characteristics of AI, the results of video generation by Tola AI have randomness and subjectivity.
Dissatisfaction with the AI generation effect alone shall not be a valid reason for applying for a refund, and the Third-Party Platform will not accept such refund requests.
If you believe a problem is caused by a technical failure rather than the subjective quality of AI output, please contact us before filing a refund request so that we can investigate and assist.
4. Subscription Management
You may cancel the automatic renewal of Tola AI Paid Premium Services through the subscription management function of the Apple App Store or Google Play, or the subscription management page in Tola AI where available.
Deleting the Tola AI App from your device does not constitute cancellation of the subscription, and the automatic renewal will still take effect in accordance with the platform rules, resulting in corresponding fees.
Upon cancellation, you may continue using the paid features for the remainder of the current subscription period, but no partial refund will be issued for any unused period unless otherwise determined by the Platform.
